Please review the following terms - submitting this form/information constitutes acceptance of these terms:

1. Prepayment is required for Your After-the-Wedding Pages to be constructed and made available on the World Wide Web.

2. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the photographs as published on your Your After-the-Wedding Pages, The Web Design Source will remove Your Pages from the internet and refund your payment. To receive a full refund, written notice explaining your dissatisfaction must be received by The Web Design Source within thirty (30) calendar days after the photograph/s are published on Your After-the-Wedding Pages.

3. Access to your Your Pages will terminate one (1) year after posting on the internet, unless a time-extension is executed.

4. The Web Design Source reserves the right to refuse to publish any information or photographs which, in the sole and absolute discretion of The web Design Source, are determined to be illegal, improper, offensive, or potentially embarrassing to any party.

5. The Web Design Source does not represent or warrant the accuracy of any information on Your After-the-Wedding Pages and is relying exclusively on the accurateness and completeness of the information as submitted on the Wedding Information Form. The Web Design Source will not make any changes or modifications to Your After-the-Wedding Pages without request from and authorization by either the bride or groom.

6. Each visitor's Internet service provider and the condition of the Internet at the time of access determines the visitor's ability to access Your After-the-Wedding Pages. The Web Design Source is not responsible for any delays or difficulties experienced in accessing your Your After-the-Wedding Pages.
